Highly recommend Zena. She arrived on time and ran through the procedure before commencing. The suction shifted most of the problem, but there was some wax that was compacted that she then removed with a flush. My hearing was restored within a few minutes of the procedures starting and I have had no problems since. I will be calling on her again if I have any further problems.

Fantastic service and aftercare, very professional. I needed to see someone quickly as I had a totally blocked ear, Zena was quick to respond to my inquiry and came to sort my ears out without delay. The whole process took around 20mins and my ears have been perfect ever since.

My 87 year old nan was suffering with hearing loss which was causing her distress . So after looking at lots of ear wax removal places I chose to contact Zena from the Clean Ear Clinic after reading the great reviews. Zena was great and replied to my emails quickly and got nan booked in for that week for a home visit. She turned up on time and was very friendly and professional and put my Nan at ease who was nervous to have the micro suction. The whole procedure was very quick and my Nan has been so happy that her hearing has improved. Thank you again Zena! Would 100% recommend and use again in the future.

My mum couldn’t hear out of her right ear at all I rang Zena who came to our house within 48 hours.
Zena was marvellous she put my mum at ease and after a lot of suction from her machine managed to pull out the biggest piece of wax I have ever seen. Zena was so professional I would highly recommend her services to anyone. She truly deserves five stars.

I had a longstanding deafness in my right ear which other audiologists had a problem treating.
Zena visited me and used the new suction treatment on my right ear.

Absolute life saver. Zena is one of a kind ear specialist and goes above and beyond. After having a ear operation due to having cholesteatoma, I have suffered with ear blockages and ear pains. Due to covid I was unable to see my regular doctor and become in extreme pain. I went to my GP and they advised I would be waiting around 6-10 weeks for an appointment to have my micro suction done. I come across Zena on Google and messaged her for some help. She gave me great advise what to do up until my appointment and managed to keep the pain bearable. She come to me in the comfort of my own home and done a fantastic job. Usually it is to painful to do all the micro suction in one sitting but it is was all cleaned up and experienced no pain! By far the best micro suction I have ever had. She also messaged myself a few days later to see how I was which I thought was extremely thoughtful.
I have again had some ear blockage ( happens more frequently with my cholesteatoma) and was happy to see me the same day due to being in a lot of pain.

Couldn’t recommend Zena enough! Thank you for helping me!

Just want to say what a difference the treatment had for my brother who has Alzheimer's and a learning disability. 

Zena treated a very large blockage of wax in both ears which had rendered him deaf. 

She was patient and understanding of his condition and the treatment was effective and made a huge difference to him. I will definitely use the Clean Ear Clinic in future.

I suffered from a blocked ear for over 2 weeks the symptoms of which suggested the most likely cause was excess wax which I'm prone to. When it became clear that this wasn't going to sort itself using ear drops, I searched the internet for earwax removal near me and the Clean Ear Clinic's website was the one which resonated the most. I rang them and was delighted that the audiologist was able to see me the same day.
The audiologist arrived punctually and my initial impression was that she was extremely polite and professional. This was soon confirmed when she started the procedure and I felt completely safe in her hands in every respect. She worked until the very last remnants were removed and soon I was able to feel the symptoms subside. It was painless throughout and immediately after, it was lovely being able to hear properly again.
This was definitely a 5 star experience in every way. I will be happy to use the Clear Ear Clinic again the next time my ears need cleaning and will happily recommend them to others.

I contacted the audiologist by phone, she was friendly, knowledgeable and above all, despite lockdown, willing to visit Mum in her care home at short notice.

I suffer with regular wax build up, particularly in the right ear. I used the Clean Ear Clinic and am really impressed with the prompt and attentive service. I needed an extra visit to fully resolve. I only was asked to pay for the initial appointment, which was really appreciated. I thoroughly recommend the service, especially as it is a home visit.
